How do I claim the Best Price?

  2. Make sure that the cheaper flight fare you have found is on another website where you can book the flights with the same airline.
  3. We can't take into consideration cheaper flight fares found on at a later point of time.
  4. Fill out our claim form available online and submit it within 24 hours of making the purchase.

Terms and Conditions

Best Price just applies to the flight segment of your booking with and is not applicable to any land items (such as hiring of vehicle, hotel, travel insurance or other non-flight services or products) acquired by you from

Best Price applies if you have paid for your flight(s) in full via debit card, credit card instantly at the time of making the booking. If you made the booking by making only a partial payment and the full amount is yet to be paid, then your booking does not qualify for Best Prices.

Qualifying flight(s) may be one way flight or return flights and must be of the same airline. Four digit numbers are utilized as codeshare services with different air carriers and are barred from Best Price.

You would abide by the terms and conditions relevant in the departure country on your Purchased Fare.

On the off chance that you find any air-ticket on some other website (other than at a cheaper cost than the Purchased Fare, then would refund the difference between the Purchased Fare and the Third Party Fare. To be qualified to apply for such reimbursement:

  • The Third Party Fare must be for the very same itinerary as the Purchased Fare and that includes, the same date(s), same flight(s), same booking class, same number of flyers and same fare conditions.
  • The Third Party Fare must exist simultaneously when the Purchased Fare is booked.
  • The Third Party Fare needs to be in the same currency as of the Purchased Fare and needs to include all fees, taxes, charges and surcharges applied to the payment method utilized in case of Purchased Fare.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to fill out the claim form available online in English and must get the claim form within 24 hours of booking the Purchased Fare in the time zone of your departure country. You need to take either a screenshot or a print-out which displays the final price inclusive of all fees, taxes and surcharges of the Third Party Fare. may request you to provide the screenshot to help us validate your refund claim. will autonomously affirm the authenticity of the screenshot and will verify any request in its sole discretion that it believes is the result of printing or similar error or is made using fraudulent means or not in good faith. Incomplete forms or any other form of claim will not be acknowledged. will check that your Third Party Fare fulfils all the criteria laid out in given terms and conditions and you will be informed if you are qualified for the refund or not within 72 hours of your claim form submission. will strive to complete the reimbursement process within 15 working days of notification of being qualified for the refund. The decision of will be final and binding and thus, no further correspondence will be entertained.

The refund amount will be credited back to the utilized mode of payment that was used for the Purchased fare, be it a credit card, online banking or a debit card.

Best Price will not be applicable in the situations mentioned below:

  • To any fare that was provided outside the public domain or any special eligibility fares, which include but are not limited to, third party promotional fares, affiliate fares, corporate discount fares, opaque agencies, wholesale, staff fares, group, consolidator, family, senior and relatives fares, or closed customer group offers;
  • If the Third Party Fare or Purchased Fare has been made discounted by using Business Rewards miles, Frequent Flyer miles, currency of any sort of loyalty program, discounts, coupons or any similar offers;
  • If either the Third Party Fare or Purchased Fare is a part of a travel package in which the flights are included;
  • If you have requested for refund or cancelation of any segment of the itinerary or afterwards made any alterations to the Purchased Fare;
  • If, even after putting all its reasonable efforts, is not able to verify that the Third Party Fare was able to be booked online on the date of your claim;
  • If the country of departure on your Purchased Fare is not providing the Best Price;
  • If you found a Third Party Fare at a different time from when you finished your booking process on, even if you didn't pay instantly while booking. For instance, you made your booking on Monday and decided to pay via bank transfer. On Tuesday, prior to processing your bank transfer you come across a Third Party Fare at a lower price. The time of payment is not considered relevant. Only the time of booking is deemed relevant. reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or alter the given terms and conditions at any point of time without any prior notice.
