Based in America, it is a budget airline which makes leisure travel convenient and affordable for passengers. The airline allows all its passengers to bring one personal item with them without any cost in Allegiant Air flights. The personal item, which could be a purse, backpack or briefcase, needs to adhere to size restrictions and must not be more than 7 x 15 x 16 inches. In case if passengers wish to carry a piece of hand luggage with them, they'll have to pay an additional fee. Also, its dimensions must be within 9 x 14 x 22 inches.
Concerning the Checked Baggage, passengers can check in up to 4 pieces as long as each piece of in-hold luggage weighs less than 40 lbs and has linear dimensions at most 80 inches. It must be noted, however, that each piece of checked baggage needs to be purchased and there is no such thing as free baggage allowance provided by the airline.
