Nigel the booking agent that I called at 254-638-0057 was extremely helpful with assisting me with finding a last-minute flight. He stayed on the phone with me for 1 hr. and 12 minutes to ensure that I received the best flight possible at the lowest cost. He answered all of my questions, and he was more than willing to check several different departures and arrivals that would fit my schedule the most. His customer service, patients, and knowledge were exceptional. I travel 5-8 times yearly and he made this travel experience exceptional. I have never received such service!!
