BAGGAGE POLICY
Carry-on baggage can be brought by passengers in the cabin of the airplane but with certain weight and size limitations. Business Class travelers are permitted to bring 2 pieces of hand luggage whereas Economy Class passengers can bring only one piece of carry-on. The maximum weight and size of each carry-on, however, must be 15 lbs and 9 x 16 x 22 inches respectively. In addition to this, each passenger is also entitled to bring an additional item as long as it weighs less than 11 lbs.
Regarding the Checked Baggage, passengers traveling in Ethiopian Airlines flights bound for USA can send 2 pieces of luggage into the hold of the aircraft. The maximum weight which is permitted in Business Class is 70 lbs while it is 50 lbs in Economy Class. Also, each piece of in-hold luggage must carry linear dimensions less than 62 inches.
